What the daily travel puzzles keep about you, why, and how to delete it.

Playing without an account

Your progress is kept in your own browser. When you finish a round, it's sent to the leaderboard under a random guest ID and the display name you choose (or "Traveller" plus a number).

Signing in with Google (optional)

We keep your name, profile picture, Google account ID and verified email address. Your name, picture and scores appear on the leaderboard. Your email is never shown publicly. We email you about new puzzles only if you switch on "Email me about new puzzles", which starts off, and you can switch it off any time.

Leagues

Anyone with a league's invite code can join it and see its members' names and scores.

Visitor statistics and ads

We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, countries and returning players. Where ads are shown, Google AdSense may use cookies to choose them; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you're asked for consent first. You can manage Google's ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

Deleting your data

On the leaderboard page, choose "Delete my scores" to remove your account, scores, leagues and sign-ins straight away. You can also ask by writing to to.apexplores@gmail.com.

Results and accounts are stored with Cloudflare. The site is run by AP Explores.
